Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing whole vehicle network diagnostic testing.
- Complete network communication and diagnostic related testing execution and deliver conclusions based on the test plan and cases.
- Assist in continuously iterating and optimizing test cases.
- Analysis and positioning of test issues, creation of test issues, and support for clarification with relevant teams.
- Support cross-team collaboration on necessary test issues.
- Responsible for summarizing and delivering each round of test issues and documentation, communicating quality issues/status with the team test manager, and providing necessary risk warnings and escalations.
- Assist and support the test manager in organizing Lessons Learned.
- Assist and support the test manager in continuous optimization of test business workflows and deliverables.
- Assist and support the requirement discussion, iteration of the test toolchain and data analysis platform solutions to continuously improve execution and delivery efficiency.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive electronics or software development and testing.
- Familiar with AUTOSAR, vehicular networks, buses (CAN/LIN/DOIP), and ISO standard protocols (ISO14229, ISO15765), with priority given to candidates with Ethernet testing experience.
- Proficient in using testing tools such as CANoe, CANscope, CANstress, CANscope, CANdiva, Vflash, with priority given to those with test automation programming experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in related whole vehicle testing projects required.
- Basic ability in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in office automation software like Office, with priority given to those with data processing experience.
- Familiar with automotive functions, with priority given to those with a driving license and actual driving experience.
- Strong execution, problem-solving abilities, and clear logical thinking.
- Practical spirit, attention to detail, and a consciousness for continuous work process optimization and improvement.
- Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Innovative spirit and able to withstand certain work pressures and necessary business trips.
