Responsibilities:

• Responsible for independently selecting, designing, developing, and verifying the air conditioning system and its subsystems based on performance targets.
• Responsible for formulating and optimizing various schemes related to the air conditioning system.
• Responsible for the digital modeling design and release of each air conditioning subsystem, as well as defining related technical requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Continuously self-optimize by benchmarking mainstream vehicle models’ air conditioning design and application schemes in the industry.

Basic Requirements:

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of development work experience with air conditioning suppliers and over 10 years of work experience.
• English (Written and Oral): Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and CATIA.

Other Requirements:

• Passionate about continually exploring new technologies and improving existing designs, enjoys challenges and not afraid of difficulties.
• Experience in the design and development of air conditioning systems, familiar with the structure, performance, and testing items of air conditioning systems.
• Familiar with the air conditioning sub-industry chain, understanding upstream and downstream industry resources.
• Open to frequent domestic travel and necessary international travel when required.
• Meticulous and serious about work, strong sense of responsibility, patient, and good internal and external collaboration skills.
