Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching and designing VAVE solutions for all modules of the vehicle throughout the project lifecycle and promoting application.
• Responsible for benchmarking the design solutions of other models in the industry and continuously improving existing designs.

Basic Requirements:

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above (in Mechanical, Materials, Automotive, or related fields) preferred.
• Work Experience: Experience in structural design or VAVE related work at OEMs or suppliers.
• English (Written and Oral): Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and CATIA.

Other Requirements:

• Passionate about continuously exploring more optimized designs.
• Understanding of electric vehicle body structure and material application in various parts.
• Open to frequent domestic travel and necessary international travel when required.
• Meticulous and serious about work, strong sense of responsibility, patient, and good internal and external collaboration skills.
