• Familiar with body structure and sub-component design.
• Familiar with the body development process. Preference for those familiar with the whole vehicle durability development process.
• In-depth knowledge of body structure testing, with research on stiffness, strength, fatigue testing, able to set evaluation indicators, and propose constructive improvements for designs that do not meet requirements.
• Familiar with testing of four doors and two covers, body bracket rigidity and strength, body stiffness modes, body exterior parts, and movable body parts testing.
• Preference for candidates familiar with body structure component CAE analysis.
• Able to communicate in English normally.
• Strong work passion, outgoing personality.

Interior and Vehicle Thermal Aging Engineer

• Familiar with the design of whole vehicle interior parts.
• Familiar with the development process of the whole vehicle and interior parts. Preference for those familiar with the whole vehicle durability development process.
• Knowledge of interior part appearance, strength, stiffness, fatigue, aging tests, able to set evaluation indicators, and propose constructive improvements for designs that do not meet requirements.
• Familiar with whole vehicle thermal aging tests.
• Preference for those familiar with whole vehicle sunlight simulation tests.
• Able to communicate in English normally.
• Strong work passion, outgoing personality.

Vehicle Corrosion Engineer

• Familiar with the whole vehicle development process. Preference for those familiar with the whole vehicle durability development process.
• Knowledge of corrosion performance requirements for various vehicle parts.
• Familiar with vehicle corrosion performance requirements and testing methods, able to set evaluation indicators, and propose constructive improvements for designs that do not meet requirements.
• Preference for candidates familiar with body paint performance, technical requirements, and testing methods.
• Priority given to candidates with a Yancheng test field driving license.
• Able to communicate in English normally.
• Strong work passion, outgoing personality.
